Mediqor AB (publ) opens the subscription period in a share issue of SEK 12.5m ahead of a planned listing

Mediqor AB (publ) today opens the subscription period in a share issue of up to SEK 12.5m gross. The subscription price is SEK 2.10 per share and the subscription period runs until 30 October 2026.

The issue is Step 1 of two planned issues ahead of a planned application for admission to trading on Börse Düsseldorf (Freiverkehr) during the first quarter of 2027. The listing is an ambition, not an undertaking.
